30 judges dismissed due to procedures of JAC in Nineveh, says source

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An official source from Nineveh Governorate revealed that “30 judges were dismissed due to the procedures of the Justice and Accountability Commission in Nineveh province.”

The source stated to IraqiNews.com “The Presidency of Nineveh Appellate Court received an official address from the JAC over involving 30 judges with the procedures of Debaathfication.”

“All the debaathified judges are from Mosul city,” the source added.

It is worth mentioning that the JAC was called the Debaathfication Commission which is concerned with the procedures of eliminating the elements of the former Baath Party who participated in killing Iraqis from the governmental institutions.
