Abdul Mahdi discuss with Barazani, SIIC’s attitudes towards political crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, discussed with the former Vice-President and the leader with the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Adel Abdul Mahdi, the latest updates of the political crisis.

A statement by the Presidency of Kurdistan Region cited “Barzani received Abdul Mahdi on Thursday where they discussed the means to settle the current political crisis.”

“Abdul Mahdi discussed the attitude of the SIIC towards the political crisis,” the statement added.

“The two sides agreed on finding a basic solution to the crisis,” the statement concluded.
