Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqiya Slate Ayad Allawi described the national dialogue in Iraq as being “killed and buried under dust,” accusing the Iraqi Judiciary of being “politicized.”

In a press statement, Allawi said “We do not have a national reconciliation in Iraq and would not be achieved under the current circumstances due to Debaathification procedures as well as random arrest campaigns.”

Allawi also assured that “The Iraqi premier Nouri al-Maliki suffers from complicated troubles due to his monopolization policies.”

Allawi also criticized the trial and the death verdict issued against the fugitive Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi, expecting that “This irresponsible behavior from the government and judiciary might lead for further complications due to the current flammable situation in the country.”

He ruled out possibility of Maliki’s retreating from suing Hashimi.

The head of the IS also accused the Judiciary of being politicized in regard to issuing death verdicts against Saudi citizens detained in Iraq for charges of terrorism, calling for more transparency in regard to Judiciary.

He also condemned the decision of the Iraqi government to stop receiving the Syrian refugees which contradicts the humanitarian stance of the Syrian People who used to receive the Iraqi refugees and treat them with humanity.
