Allawi’s Movement in Kirkuk calls to conduct investigation over targeting its members

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi National Accord, headed by the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, called to conduct investigation over targeting its members and the MPs of the IS.

The head of the Movemnet in Kirkuk province, Abdul Jabbar Abu Kalal, stated in a press statement “The latest few days witnessed the increase of the terrorist attacks against the members and the MPs of the Iraqiya Alliance where we afraid that it will be the beginning of an organized terrorist operation.”

“Four of the IS members were targeted in assassination attempts by targeting their houses by Improvised Explosive Devices where we mean the assassination attempts of Salman al-Jumaili and Hamid al-Mutleg in Abu Ghrib district,” he added.

“We call the government and the security system to conduct an investigation over these assassination attempts and reveal them to the public in order to let the Iraqi people realize the sides that support terrorism,” he concluded.
