Araji: Political process based on compromises regarding endorsement of laws

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Zuhair al-Araji, of the Hurra Iraqiya Coalition criticized basing the political process on the compromises regarding the endorsement of laws.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “It is difficult to ratify the law drafts due to the complicated components of the political process.”

“It is not possible to reach compromises concerning the laws that concern the citizens like Oil and Gas, Elections and Parties law,” he continued.

“These laws were postponed by the former parliamentary rotation to the current and it may be postponed by the current to the next due to disputes,” he concluded.
