Barazani, British ambassador discuss mutual relations

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barazani, discussed with the British ambassador to Iraq, Michael Aaron, the mutual relations and the obstacles that face the political process.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, received by IraqiNews.com on Sunday, cited “Barazani received Aaron after the end of his task as the ambassador to Iraq and discussed the latest updates of the political process.”

“Both sides stressed the necessity of developing the mutual relations between Britain and Kurdistan Region,” the statement added.

“Aaron appreciated Barazani’s support to him during his task in Iraq and the developments of Kurdistan Region in all fields,” the statement pointed out.

“For his part, Barazani appreciated the role of Aaron, wishing him the good luck in his new tasks,” the statement concluded.
