Barzani appoints Kusrat Rasoul as deputy

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Kurdish region’s President Masoud Barzani announced today the appointment of Kusrat Rasoul as his deputy, following his candidacy by the Kurdistan National Union Party for this post. The source declared to Khandan’s electronic site that the appointment was made following the nomination of his party. Earlier today news was announced that the Kurdish Parliament voted in majority for Arselan Bayez as new Speaker and Hassan Mohammed Soor as his deputy. RM (TP)/SR1170
