Barzani back to Arbil after visit to Turkey – Belgium

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The President of northern Iraq’s Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, retured back to Arbil on Tuesday after an official visit for Turkey and Belgium, where he held talks with leading officials in both countries, according to a Presidential statement in Arbil on Wednesday. “Barzani had returned to Arbil on Tuesday and was received in Arbil International Airport by leading officials, forefronted by Kurdistan Premier,Dr.Barham Ahmed Saleh, Kurdistan Parliament Speaker, Kamal Kirkuky, Deputy Chairman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KD), Nichervan Barzani, along with members of the Party’s Political Burea, Cabinet Ministers and other Kurdistan officials,” the statement stressed. Kurdistan President flew to Turkey, leading  a high-level delegation on Thursday, 3/11/2011, on an official invitation by the Turkish side, and then he left for Belgium, where he conferred with leading officials there.
