Barzani expresses sorrow to shed blood of Kurdish, Turkish people

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, expressed his sorrow over shedding the blood of the Turkish and Kurdish people.

In his speech in the fourth conference of the Justice and Development Party headed by the Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayib Erdogan, which is held in Turkey, Barzani said “There is no problem that cannot be settled, but there should be the real intention to settle it where we hope to achieve resolutions form this conference that could serve the region,” assuring that “The J&D Party and Erdogan have conducted advanced steps to develop the relations with Turkey.”

“We are sorry for the bloodshed of the Kurdish and Turkish people,” he added, appreciating “Erdogan and the J&D Party for their initiative in settling the disputes especially after Erdogan’s visit to Diyaebakir.”

He stressed “The importance of the Turkish-Kurdish relations especially in the economic level,” describing these relations as “In an advanced level.”
