Barzani, IS delegation discuss political disputes
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, received a delegation from the Iraqiya Slate, headed by the Minister of Finance, Rafi al-Esawi, in Salah-il-Din resort on Saturday.
A statement received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Both sides discussed the political disputes and the exerted efforts to settle the political disputes.
“They exchanged the views concerning the disputes areas where the IS stressed its unified stance over the controversial issues,” the statement added.
“Esawi assured the support for Barzani’s stances, saying that Barzani is not only a Kurdish leader rather he is a leader on the Iraqi level so the IS always supports his efforts to settle the crisis,” the statement concluded.
