Barzani’s receipt for Davutoglu to consolidate crisis between him, CG

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Member of the State of Law Coalition, Ibraheem al-Rikabi, considered “The receipt of the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, for the Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister, Ahmed Davutoglu, as an attempt to consolidate the crisis between him and the Central Government.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We welcome Davutoglu’s visit if it goes in harmony with the diplomatic norms otherwise it will be a vivid interference in the Iraqi affairs.”

Earlier, the Turkish Foreign Minister, Ahmed Davutoglu has arrived in Kirkuk after visiting Erbil.

Davutoglu has arrived to Kurdistan Region on last Wednesday where the Premier of Kurdistan Region, Nijirvan Barzani, has received him in Erbil airport.

Davutoglu has met the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, where they discussed the latest updates in Kurdistan Region and the Syrian situation.

The Iraqi Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticized the visit and considered it as a violation for Iraq’s sovereignty.
