Bayati expects reaching agreement among blocs over 2013 Budget law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abbas al-Bayati, of the State of Law Coalition expected the political blocs to reach agreement over the Federal Budget law of 2013.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The blocs have the rights to involves their demands within the law draft where there are demands to transfer some allocations from one side to another.”

“As Iraqis, we have to reach a mutual understanding and to adopt norms of justice and equality in this law to avoid violating the constitution,” he added.

“The blocs will reach draft that is accepted by some blocs to endorse it in the parliament,” he concluded.
