Bazoni expects settling current crisis after next parliamentary elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Jawad al-Bazoni, of the Iraqi National Alliance ruled out “Settling the current political crisis by the President, Jalal Talabani,” expecting “The crisis to be settled after the next parliamentary elections.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The current meetings are about the files of the security Ministries and the Infrastructure Law which will be endorsed next week after reaching agreement wit the Kurdistani Alliance over it by granting the Kurds 17% of the law.”

“The rest of the disputes will be postponed till the next parliamentary rotation,” he concluded.

Iraq witnesses political crisis lasted for several months due to the disputes among the political sides related to the partnership and other issues which led some blocs to call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, after holding meetings in Najaf and Erbil provinces.
