Bolani calls to allocate financial rewards for security forces defuse terrorist acts

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Former Minister of Interior, Jawad al-Bolani, called “The governments to allocate financial rewards for the security sides that defuse any terrorist operations.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The Council of Ministers did not show the reason behind the delay in implementing the decision of the National Security Council which was issued since years over allocating financial rewards of about 100 millions IQD for the security force or the security element who manage to defuse a terrorist operation.”

“This decision must be activated by the agreement of the Council of Ministers because the lack of such rewards led to negligence among the security forces,” he added.

“Implementing this decision will stimulate the active security elements who accomplish their duties professionally,” he mentioned.

Earlier, the Council of Ministers recommended the Committee of the National Security to allocate financial rewards for those who hurdle the terrorist activities.
