Urgent – Nijaifi, Jalili discuss Syrian crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, and the Secretary General of the Iranian National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, discussed the Syrian crisis and the sectarian tensions in the region.

In a press conference in the parliament building on Wednesday, Nijaifi said “We assured the necessity of settling the current Syrian crisis and let the self-determination to the Syrian people.”

“Jalili’s visit is to know the parliament point of view over the Syrian crisis,” he concluded.
