Urgent – .Talabani returns to Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President, Jalal Talabani, left Sulaimaniya province heading to Baghdad on Monday evening.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan received by IraqiNews.com cited “Talabani headed to Baghdad through Sulaimaniya International Airport.”

Earlier, Azad Jundiyani Official Spokesman of the Political Bureau Patriotic Union of Kurdistan informed PUK media “Barham Salih, Deputy Secretary General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Fadhil Mirani, Secretary of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, will accompany Talabani to Baghdad.”

“Kurdish MPs and Ministers will accompany Talabani,” Jundiyani concluded.
