Change bloc calls INA to nominate Jaafery for PM post, says Abdullah

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Change bloc called the Iraqi National Alliance to nominate the head of the INA, Ibrahim al-Jaafery, for the Prime Minister post if the confidence was withdrawn from the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki.

A statement quoted the spokesperson of the bloc, Sardar Abdullah, as saying “Change bloc considers Jaafery as the best replacement to Maliki because he is the only one who can end the issue of the security ministries and settle the disputes with Kurdistan Region through dialogue.”

“The attitude of the bloc over replacing Maliki is still the same,” he added, noting that “The bloc will not object replacing Maliki if the good replacement is available.”
