Conference on Alternate Laws – Punishments

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Under the patronage of Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Kamal Karkuki a regional conference on “Iraqi Alternate Punishments and Laws” was held here today. The three-day conference will concentrate on alternate punishments with their humanistic sides. Member of the Preparatory Committee Hoker Jato told IraqiNews.com that the conference is financed by the European Commission and implemented by UNOPS and PAO.
