Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A source from the Council of Ministers confirmed that the Council will hold a public session on next Monday.

The source stated to IraqiNews.com “The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, will head the session to discuss the performance of each Minister to evaluate his administration for the ministry and his achievements.”

“The Council will hold a session in Nineveh province to discuss its situation and the problems that hurdle the projects in the province on next Tuesday,” the source concluded.

The Secretary General of the White bloc, Jamal al-Batiekh, stated to Iraqi News Agencies (IraqiNews.com) “The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, will head a public session for the Council of Ministers to inform the Iraqis over the dilatory Ministers and the services presented by their Ministries.”

“The Council of Ministers will hold a session in Mosul on next week,” he added.

“The public session will reveal the corruption within the Ministries and the responsible Ministers for the Iraqis,” he added, stressing that “This session will be a step in the right direction to correct the political process.”

Earlier, the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki held the session of the Council of Ministers in Kirkuk province, discussing its needs and problems.

A number of Kurdish MPs described Maliki’s visit to Kirkuk and holding the meeting of the Council of Ministers in the province as “Provocative,” while the Kurdish Ministers within the government boycotted the meeting.
