Daraji calls political sides not to be affected by Majeed’s statements

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Shakir al-Daraji, of the State of Law Coalition called “The political sides to avoid being affected by the statements launched by MP, Yasin Majeed.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Majeed’s statements concern him only, noting that “The serious political sides that have intention to solve the disputes should not be affected by Majeed’s speech.”

“The political disputes need calm atmospheres for conducting dialogues to solve them,” he added.

“The media accusations and negative statements will not serve the political process,” he assured, hoping that “Majeed’s statements will not affect the dialogues among the political sides over the crisis.”

Earlier, MP, Firhad al-Atroushi, of the Kurdistani Alliance criticized the statements of MP, Yasin Majid, of the State of Law Coalition over describing the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, as being “A danger to the security and economy of Iraq.”

“Majid’s accusations to Barzani of being a danger to the economy of Iraq resulted from the latter’s stances over wasting the public fund without providing the required services to the Iraqis,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that MP, Yasin Majid, has accused Barzani of being “A danger to the economy and security of Iraq where he wants Kurdistan Region to have a powerful political role rather than Baghdad and the Pishmirga elements to replace the IA.”
