Defense of Religious Faiths’ Followers Board worried over recent events’ consequences in Iraq

Baghdad ( The in Iraq expressed concerns over the consequences of the recent events caused by the movements of Dijla Operations Command.

A statement by the Board cited that “We believe that the ramifications of the recent events represents bad omen of outbreak of serious problems that will be added to the accumulated political crises.”

“We denounce the negative stances of the political leaders who are only occupied in their disputes which are based on personal interests rather than being occupied in how to offer services to the poor Iraqi people,” it added.

“We call all the sides to restraint and resort to the Constitution and the agreements concluded previously among the political sides to resolve the current political crisis,” the statement concluded.
