DIP denies funding militias by State’s budget

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Dawa Islamic Party denied the accusations launched by MP, Ameer al-Kinani, of Ahrar bloc over in which he stated that “The DIP is funding militias by the budget of the State.”

A statement by the DIP office received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “DIP denies these accusations and confirms its adherence to the constitution, laws and the peaceful political performance.”

It is worth mentioning the disputes reached its peak between the Sadr Trend and the State of Law Coalition when the Trend supported the call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, recently.
