Discussion to change National Alliance into political institution

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Chairman of the Iraqi Higher Islamic Council Ammar Al-Hakeem held talks with the Fadhila (Chastity) Party Secretary General Hashim Al-Hashimi how to transform the National Alliance Bloc into political institution, as stated by the Council.
