Fatlawi: Sides within INA support regional plot to topple government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hanan al-Fatlawi, of the State of Law Coalition expressed her regret because “Some sides within the Iraqi National Alliance are supporting a regional plot to topple the government.”

She stated to IraqiNews.com “We feel sorry because these sides became part of the regional plot to topple the current government,” noting that “An Embassy of a neighboring country called some MPs to bribe them to support withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.”

“We think that the sides attempting to withdraw confidence did not get the required number of MPs inside the parliament to support this attempt,” she mentioned, stressing “Some blocs forged the signatures of their members without considering their opinions.”

The spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, has stated to IraqiNews.com “We managed to get the required signatures to withdraw confidence from Maliki,” noting that “The MPs’ signatures were collected from all the blocs.”

It is worth mentioning that Kurdistan Region witnesses political movement to settle the crisis; among the solutions presented by the political sides in Kurdistan Region is withdrawing confidence from the government.
