Federal Court postpones settling Maliki’s claim against Ebadi, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The member of the State of Law Coalition, Adnan al-Sarraj, said that the Supreme Federal Court postponed settling the lawsuit of Nouri al-Maliki in which he claimed the nomination of Haider al-Ebadi as constitutional.

He stated to Iraqi News “The Court postponed settling the case till further notice.”

“The crisis is going to be solved in three ways, the first is the call of the Religious Authority and the second is through the statement issued by Dawa Islamic Party while the last way is through the efforts of some political sides to create harmony among all,” he concluded. /End/
