First Iraqi Ambassador to Libya after former regime submits credentials to Libyan FM[05/31/2013]

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ambassador to Libya, Saad Mohammed Retha, submitted his credentials to the Libyan Foreign Minister, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, as the first Iraqi Ambassador to Libya after the former regime of Saddam Hussein.
