French Foreign Trade Minister in Arbil

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Premier of Iraq’s Kurdistan Region Barham Saleh, has conferred in Arbil on Monday evening with the visiting French Trade Minister Pierre Lellouche and his accompanying delegation. The French Minister, in a joint news conference with Premier Saleh, said his visit to Kurdistan aims to encourage French companies to invest in the Kurdistan Region, in order to help build the future of Iraq and its Kurdistan Region.He noted this shows “our support for the will of the free peoples, because of the French government’s support for humanitarian affairs.” “The visit of the French Minister coincides with global focus on the Kurdistan Region,” Barham said.
