Hakim, Chalabi discuss updates of political process

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, and the head of the Iraqi National Congress, Ahmed al-Chalabi, discussed the updates of the political process.

A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com “Hakim received Chalabi at his office in Baghdad where they discussed the political developments and the updates of the security file in addition to the regional situation especially the Syrian crisis.”

“Hakim confirmed the political solution for the Syrian crisis,” the statement concluded.
