Hakim warns of adopting devious means to justify disbursement of budgets

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, warned from manipulating over the Iraqi Parliament.Hakim reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “We have been informed that there are some sides that attempt to manipulating over the Parliament through adopting awkward and strange methods to justify the disbursement of the budget away of the laws of the Parliament.””We warn from adopting such methods since democratic system and institutional State in Iraq is the foundation which we should base on and any other unconstitutional method might succeed in a way but it will effect many other fields,” he concluded. \END\
