Hashimi did not leave Iraq , statement

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi’s office denied today that Hashimi left Iraq , as reported by some media organs. In a news title, broadcasted by semi-official Iraqiya TV station, the office declared that Hashimi did not leave Arbil for Turkey . On Monday, an arrest warrant was issued against Hashimi following confessions of his bodyguards that he was implicated in terrorist acts. 871
