HR Higher Commission discuss with Shahristani ministerial commission’s performance

Baghdad ( The Higher Commission for Human Rights discussed with the head of the ministerial commission tasked to consider the demonstrators’ demand, Hussein al-Shahristani, the mechanism followed by the ministerial commission and the outcomes of its work concerning meeting these demands.

Member of the HCHR, Fadhil al-Gharawi, said “The Higher Commission for HR met with Shahristani and discussed with him the results of the ministerial commission’s action.”

The ministerial commission has announced on Monday releasing (2485) detainees and settling more than (91000) retirement transactions as well as settling (1800) transactions for lifting reservations on residential houses.
