Hussien: Results of IS, KA Saturday meeting Conveyed to Sadr

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The head of Kurdistan Region Presidential office, Foad Hussien, confirmed that “The results of the meeting, which was held between the Kurdistani Alliance and the Iraqiya Slate in Erbil on last Saturday, were conveyed to the head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, for the sake of taking unified decisions.”

He stated in press statements that “Some constitutional options were discussed during the meeting to settle the current political crisis.”

Earlier, the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, received, on last Saturday, a delegation from the IS and the KA where the two sides held a meeting to discuss the political situation and the current crisis.
