IHEC reaffirms holding elections of Kurdistan Region on time

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission reaffirmed holding the elections of Kurdistan Region on time which is the 21st of September 2013.

The Board of Commissioners assured in a press statement “The IHEC is about to finalize the procedures over holding the elections on time.”
