IIP calls Iraqis to support Syrian immigrants

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Islamic Party called “The Iraqis to support the Syrian immigrants.”

A statement by the IIP received by IraqiNews.com cited “We can not keep silent towards the crimes committed against our Syrian brothers who hosted the Iraqis during the difficult years.”

“The IIP called the official sides to be active by providing the necessary requirement to help them,” the statement added.

“As we are adherent to ensure the safety of our Iraqis citizens who reside in Syria, we are more adherent to save the lives of the Syrian brothers who undergo hard conditions currently,” the statement concluded.

Earlier, the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, instructed the Iraqi Army and the Police forces in addition to the Red Crescent to receive the Syrian immigrants to and to help them.
