IIP congratulates Islamic community, Iraqis on Eid Al-Fitr

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Islamic Party congratulated “The Islamic community and the Iraqi people on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, wishing the Almighty to make it the beginning of the prosperity and safety period.”

A press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday cited “The feelings of pleasure over the Eid Al-Fitr occasion is accompanied by the feelings of sadness and pain over the murder of dozens of the innocent by the criminal acts of the criminals who did not appreciate the sanctity of Ramadan month.”

“We expect no to see the scene of bloodshed, explosions and assassinations by silence weapons that are done by those who want to control the security in Iraq,” the statement added.

“The national task of sustaining stability is the task of the security forces that are requested to preserve the citizens and their families,” the statement concluded.
