INC denies raiding Chalabi’s office in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi National Congress denied raiding the office of its head, Ahmed al-Chalabi, in Baghdad.

A statement by the INC received by IraqiNews.com cited “The INC denies such reports and confirms that Chalabi is practicing his duties in a perfect way without being annoyed by any side.”

“These reports are groundless,” the statement added, assuring that “Chalabi has the right to sue the sides that promote such reports.”

Some media outlets mentioned that a security force raided Chalabi’s office in Baghdad on Sunday.
