Iranian FM to meet Maliki, Nijaifi, Khuzayi, Zebari to discuss upgrading relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohamed Jawad Dharif, will meet key Iraqi officials during his visit Iraq.

The Iranian News Agency mentioned “Dharif is scheduled to meet the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hoshyar Zebari, the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, and the Vice-President, Khudair al-Khuzayi, to discuss upgrading relations between the two countries.”

“Dharif is accompanied by an Iranian delegation,” the statement added.

“He will discuss the updates of Syrian situation and the expected military attack against this country,” the statement concluded.
