Iranian MoD concludes his visit to Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iranian Minister of Defense, Ahmed Wahidi, concluded his visit to Iraq on Friday.

The head of the Security Committee within Najaf Provincial Council, Loai al-Yasiri, stated to IraqiNews.com “Wahidi visited the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib, Peace be upon him, and then headed to Najaf International Airport leaving to his country.”

“The visit agenda did not involve visiting the religious authorities or the officials in the province,” he concluded.

Earlier, Wahidi and the accompanied delegation arrived in Najaf province on Friday coming from Karbala province.
