Iranian official visits Baghdad for talks

(IraqiNews.com) The Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs headed on Tuesday to Baghdad to conduct bilateral, regional and international talks.

Muhr Iranian News Agency reported that “Hussein Amir Abdul Lahyan, will discuss with Iraqi officials the regional developments, most notably the events in Syria and Bahrain.”

“The Iranian official will show the Iraqi officials the latest updates concerning the negotiations between Iran and the 1+5 Group,” the report added.
