Iraq participate in setting cornerstone of ICND

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iraq participated in setting the cornerstone of the International Conference on Nuclear Disarmament in Kazakhstan on Thursday.

A statement by the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee received by IraqiNews.com cited “The head of the Committee, Humam Hamoudi, participated in the public and formal celebration of setting the cornerstone of the Conference which involved the participation of representatives of 80 countries.”

“Hamoudi participated in response to an invitation from the Kazakhstani parliament,” the statement added.

“The delegation involved the expert of the nuclear sciences, Hamid al-Bahili, who is a member of the Consultant Committee of the Council of Ministers in addition to the Secretary of the Foreign Relations Committee, Mustafa Mohamed,” the statement concluded.
