Iraqi Islamic Party denies raiding his Yarmouk offices

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Islamic Party denied the news reported that his quarter in Yarmouk area, Baghdad, was raided by a military force and finding official documents denoting the intention of the party to assassinate a number of MPs.   In a statement, copy received by IraqiNews.com, the party described the news as “false” aiming to create a state of “sectarianism”.   It confirmed Islamic Party‘s stand to respect all political entities and their members, whether inside the political process or outside.   A number of Baghdadi areas witnessed last Thursday witnessed massive explosions that led to 70 killings and 180 injuries, mostly civilians, at a time the country is passing through a great political crisis in the light of the accusations against vice-president and a leading member of Iraqiya bloc Tariq al-Hashimi for terrorist charges, in addition to premier Nouri al-Maliki decision to withdraw trust from his deputy Saleh al-Mutlaq, who is a leading member in Iraqiya bloc.   2618
