Iraqiya Hurra calls to withdraw IA from Hawija

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqiya Hurra Coalition called for the withdrawal of military forces from Hawija through coordination with tribal elders in the region.

The head of the Coalition, Qutaiba al-Jubouri, said in a statement received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) that “Every drop of Iraqi blood is precious and all Iraqis are responsible for saving Iraqi blood and lives of Iraqis under any circumstances.”

He called the Iraqi Army “to withdraw immediately from Hawija and end armed appearances there,” noting that “The government should take the initiative to form a governmental delegation authorized to meet with the elders, notables of the tribes and security leaders in Hawija to determine the causes of the bloody events.”

Jubouri stressed the “necessity for calming the situation by all parties to save the blood of Iraqis and foil plans of some politicians who make their living on the blood of Iraqis and cut the road in front of the sedition advocators.”
