Iraq’s neighboring countries interior ministers meeting kicks off

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The sixth meeting of Iraq’s neighboring countries interior ministers kicked off in the Egyptian Red Sea Resort of Sharm el-Shiekh on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Egyptian Interior Minister Habib el-Adly. Attending are the interior ministers of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, Syria, Jordan, Turkey and Bahrain along with representatives for the Organisation of the Islamic Conference, the United Nations and the Arab League. The ministers will take up means of boosting security cooperation among the participant countries and exchanging data related to fighting terrorism, border infiltration and human trafficking.
