IS MP: Dismissing 30 judges to destroy project of national reconciliation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Falah al-Zidan, of the Iraqiya Slate criticized the decision of dismissing (30) judges in Nineveh province.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The decision of the Justice and Accountability over dismissing 30 judges in Nineveh province is considered as a destruction to the national reconciliation and reforms.”

“This decision will create a new crisis in Iraq,” he concluded.

Earlier, the Presidency of Nineveh Appellate Court received an official address from the JAC over involving 30 judges with the procedures of Debaathfication.

A source stated to IraqiNews.com “All the debaathified judges are from Mosul city.”
