IS MP: Sulaimaniyah meeting to result in definite resolutions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Wisal Saleem, of the Iraqiya Slate assured that “Sulaimaniyah meeting will have definite resolutions that will reset the political process.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), she stated “The five-sided meeting in Sulaimaniyah province in presence of the President, Jalal Talabani, the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, the Speaker Osama al-Nijaifi and the Deputy Premier, Salih al-Mutleg will be very important to settle the disputes and will make sure about the number of the MPs who support withdrawing confidence from the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki.”

“We do support withdrawing confidence from Maliki but there should be a plan to set new governmental institutions based on new strategy and democracy and to include all the political blocs,” she added.

The leaders of the IS and the Kurdistani Alliance are holding meetings in Sulaimaniyah to discuss the political crisis.
