IS urges government to hold its responsibility towards massacres against Burmese Muslims
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqiya Slate called “The Iraqi Government to hold its responsibility towards the massacres committed against the Burmese Muslims .”
In response to a question by IraqiNews.com reporter, the head of the IS in the parliament, Salman al-Jumaili, stated “The parliament as well as the IS issued a statement to clarify its stance concerning this issue,” calling that “The international community and the government to use its diplomatic efforts to pressurize to stop these crimes.”
The violence against Muslims in the Buddhist majority country started long since last June, 2012.
Reports mentioned that over 10,000 Muslims were killed in the last two months and more were rendered homeless.
