ISA appreciated governmental stance towards Syrian refugees

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Islamic Scholars Assembly appreciated the stance of the government over receiving the Syrian refugees in Iraq, calling the Saudi Arabia and Bahraini governments to stop oppressing the demonstrators who call for their rights.

The head of the ISA, Khalid al-Mula, stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday “The western plots and foreign interferences are still continued in the Islamic countries accompanied by damage attempts and bloodshed.”

“What is happening in Syria and Iraq by the armed groups which are supported by Israel, in addition to oppressing the innocents in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, makes the Islamic Scholars responsible for showing the right and stop the injustice,” he added.

“The ISA appreciates the stance of the Iraqi government by receiving the Syrian refugees and the call to activate the serious dialogue among the political sides in Syria and rejecting any military interference to settle the disputes there,” he concluded.
