Jaafery, Maliki, Hakim’s meeting announces their similar attitudes towards crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafery, the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki and the head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, held a meeting in the office of the INA to discuss their attitudes towards the political crisis and the latest updates of the political process.

At the end of the meeting in a press statement, Jaafery said “We gathered here to discuss Iraqi affairs regarding the latest updates where our points of view were similar to keep Iraq in the right manner towards the good future.”

“We focused on adhering to the constitution by the INA and to apply its commitments with other alliances and studying the proposals of those alliances in addition to involving all of them in the political process,” he added.

“We are aware of the situation and we do understand the letters of the other blocs and we will do our best to settle the crisis and pass this situation,” he concluded.
