Janabi condemns political blocs’ attempts to control independent commissions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi Republican Assembly, Saad Asim al-Janabi, condemned “The attempts of some political blocs to control the independent commissions.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Such practices are unconstitutional and threaten the democracy in the country.”

He called “The blocs to assume their real role in the parliament and to adopt the cases that concern the citizens by keeping the independent commissions away from the partisan affiliations.”

He also urged “The blocs to avoid the foreign interferences to consolidate the political and security stability.”
