Jobour tribes clash with ISIL elements eastern Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Jobour tribes clashed with the elements of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant of eastern Tikrit.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Alam district of eastern Tikrit has many security elements and some key officials and the ISIL elements calls the citizens to hand over these officials to them, therefore; they clashed with the ISIL elements after rejecting to hand over them.”
